Our Radiologists
Dr Quoc Bui
Dr Quoc Bui graduated from UNSW in 1999. He then went on to complete his radiology training at Nepean Public Hospital in 2008. In 2008 Dr Bui was appointed as a staff specialist at Nepean Public Hospital where he continues to work. He has also worked regularly in private radiology clinics for over 15 years.
His main areas of interest in radiology are abdominal imaging and MRI as well as the training of registrars. He is committed to the Penrith region having worked here for over 20 years and is passionate about providing the local community with the best medical imaging service possible.
Dr Kwan Sue
Dr. Kwan-Hing Sue graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1999. He completed his radiology training in Nepean Hospital and was appointed Staff specialist radiologist of Nepean Hospital in 2009. He has continued to practise in the Nepean and Blue Mountain area health and regular private clinical radiology for over 15 years.
He has a particular interest in abdominal imaging and MRI. He is actively involved in Radiology trainee teaching as well as clinical/radiology meetings.
Dr. Samer Ghattas
Dr. Samer Ghattas graduated from UNSW Medicine in 2009 with academic and research honours. He trained at Westmead Hospital, where he was RMO association Registrar of the Year, and completed an MRI fellowship.
Since 2019, he has worked both in private practice and as a staff specialist at RPA Hospital and Chris O’Brien Lifehouse. He has special interests in neuroimaging and spinal/pain relief procedures. He values strong collaboration with referrers.
Dr Angus MacKinnon
Angus graduated from the University of Sydney before completing his radiology training at Westmead Hospital, Sydney. He then undertook Musculoskeletal MRI and Cardiac fellowships at Calvary Hospital, Hobart.
Angus’s main interests are MRI and Musculoskeletal Imaging
Dr Milad Ghasemzadeh
Dr Milad Ghasemzadeh graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Newcastle in 2014. He received his fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiology (FRANZCR) in 2022 at Gosford Hospital. Following this, he underwent subspecialty interventional radiology fellowship training at Westmead Hospital and later, the University of Ottawa, Canada.
Dr Ghasemzadeh has since returned to serve the Western Sydney community in both public and private settings. He specialises in minimally invasive imaging-guided procedures and endovascular treatment with particular interests in targeted pain therapies and interventional oncology. His diagnostic interests include emergency and general radiology. Dr Ghasemzadeh has a passion for education, quality improvement and research. He is a conjoint fellow at the University of Newcastle, on numerous interview panels and has participated in key conferences to further advance the fields of diagnostic and interventional radiology.
Dr Li Enn Yapp
Dr Li Enn Yapp graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2007 and completed Radiology training in 2015 in the South Australia training programme. He completed an musculoskeletal imaging fellowship at the Calvary Hospital in Hobart shortly after.
He has also conducted Breast Screen Tasmania and Breast Screen South Australia assessment clinics and screen reads, along with regular presentations at a breast MDT meeting in the private sector. He maintains interests in all forms of musculoskeletal and breast imaging, in addition to MRI and general radiology.
